Chris had severe M.E. for 2 years, she made a rapid recovery. This is her update.

"Hi Phil,

Since the course in London I have been rather busy. (I have been out mountain/hill climbing several times, and tried windsurfing and sailing when we went camping with friends.) I am generally happy with the lightning process, and I am generally keeping busy each day. I still have coffee stops, but not the tired crash that would have been familar in the past It has been a lot of changes in a short time, so it's rather strange!
