"Dear Phil,

I thought it was definitely time to update you on my progress. I would have emailed sooner but have been so busy catching up with friends back in England!

I've got my old life back which is just amazing! Basically, soon after you left, my parents went on holiday for a few days as my mum wasn't needed to care for me at all. My cousin came out here to Dubai and we had such a fun week together- going out, shopping for hours, chilling on the beach, eating EVERYTHING (was on a wheat, oat, chocolate free diet before), swimming and playing tennis. Then I flew back to England alone and spent 3 weeks catching up with friends I hadn't seen for months! The flight was absolutely fine-no problem whatsoever! (previoulsy flying had knocked all my energy out of me and taken me weeks to get over.)

I went clubbing quite a few times until 3 am (5 am one night) and still managed to have lunch with friends the next day. It was so much fun! I was walking all around London and had no problems.

Now I'm back in Dubai for 2 weeks (the flight out here was absolutely fine again) to see my brother. He hadn't seen me since Christmas and couldn't believe I could even walk up the stairs!

I've managed to bring a cold back with me from England which is annoying but am fighting it off at the moment. I'm completely normal again!
